Banside is a male Ghost Lavender het Charcoal, born in 2014. He has sired several clutches in the last year, producing beautiful Phantoms. He is part of a project whose end goal is creating a quad gene Phantom Moonstone.
Gabby is a female Charcoal het Hypo, Amel, Diffused born in 2012. She is the second generation matriarch to the onyx charcoal line. She also passed down the potential for silver rather than black eyes to her offspring, an unusual trait in charcoals. She reliably produced small but healthy clutches for many years and is now retired.
Peter is a male Pewter het Anery, Lavender 50% possible het Hypo, Amel born in 2019. He was a first time sire in 2024 where his possible lavender het proved out and he surprised me with producing anery a type babies as well.
Sova is a female Lavender het Charcoal, Anery, Diffused born in 2020. There is some suspicion that she may also be displaying Peach. She is a half-sister to Peter through a shared father. She laid her first clutch in 2024, proving her anery het.
Pard is an Anery Leopard Motley with no known hets, born in 2016. He came into my care as a 4 year old. He has been an indifferent breeder who has sired two small clutches. He is due to be retired after the 2025 breeding season.
Athael is a female Ultramel Charcoal Motley het Anery, born in 2019. She was bred to a coral snow stripe in 2023 in an effort to work towards red factor blizzard stripes and produced 12 beautiful motley-stripe offspring. In 2024 she has been bred to Pard. These eggs are due to hatch in late September 2024.
Jet is a male Pewter 50% possible het Hypo, Amel, Anery, Lavender born in 2022. He shows excellent diffusion and uniformity of color. He will be one of the third generation patriarchs to the Onyx Charcoal line.
Larune is a female Charcoal het Hypo, Motley 50% possible het Amel, Diffused born in 2020. She is a half-sister to Peter through a shared mother. She had her first clutch in 2024, producing a good number of hypo babies including several dark phantoms.
Coal is a male Charcoal het Diffused 50% possible het Hypo, Amel, Anery, Lavender. He has excellent color should surpass Gabby in color. He will be on the third generation patriarchs for the Onyx Charcoal line.
Onyx is a female Charcoal het Diffused 50% possible het Hypo, Amel, Anery, Lavender and will be the primary third generation matriarch for the Onyx Charcoal line. She hatched out nearly black and her adult color will hopefully continue that.
